Installation is quick and easy
“I” intermediate posts are set, aligned, and secured within a concrete base, much like various other fence post types, spaced every five feet apart. The depth of the foundations for these posts is dependent on the soil’s condition, wind forces, and the height of the wall. After allowing the foundation to cure initially for around 24 hours, concrete panels are slotted into and slide down tracks on both sides of the post, locking together via a Tongue and Groove mechanism. Panels are then added on top of each other in one-foot increments until the fence reaches the required height. The post foundations provide support for the panel sections. The installation of the fence is finalized by affixing a concrete cap to the top panel.
Our precast concrete posts and panel fences can be built to heights ranging from one to seven feet, and they are versatile enough to manage challenging terrains and changes in the fence line. Panels can be trimmed to adapt to any adjustments in the fence path.
